When you look around all that Jupiter has to offer right now, you can’t help but wonder what the future holds for this special area. It got us thinking: how much can change in just a decade? Here, we take a provocative stab at exploring what intriguing possibilities could await Jupiter by 2034.

Please take these predictions with a heavy grain of salt. Intended more as food for thought, this is the direction we see Jupiter heading in the next decade.

Jupiter Island will witness its first $100 million home sale, likely to a privacy-valuing entrepreneur. This sale will adjust the market to reflect the desirability of properties on Jupiter Island.

With sections of the financial industry relocating to Florida, some will spill over into Jupiter, bringing high-paying jobs and transplants in search of homes on the water.

A $1 million membership fee for a golf club will become a reality, underscoring the high demand for exclusive golfing experiences in Jupiter.
