A short note on how this site treats its readers.
JUP is published by Camilla Chevillot and Nikko Karki. We are real estate agents with Compass Florida, LLC, and we also work as Palm Beach Luxury, with an office at 150 Worth Avenue, Suite 232, Palm Beach, Florida 33480. JUP’s own address is 5370 Donald Ross Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418.
Reading the site
You can read everything here without telling us who you are. The site sets no cookies and has no accounts or sign-ups. We count visits with Cloudflare's analytics, which records the page and the country and nothing about you as a person, so it needs no consent banner.
Writing to us
If you email hi@jup.co or leave a message with the office, we keep what you sent so we can reply, and we keep your contact details for as long as the conversation lasts. We do not sell them and we do not pass them outside Compass. If you would like them deleted, say so and we will do it.
The strip of recent posts is pulled from our Instagram account. Tapping a post opens instagram.com, which has its own privacy policy and terms.
Our photographs
Unless a caption says otherwise, the photographs and film are ours. Please ask before copying or republishing them, and we will usually say yes.
Fair housing
We follow the Fair Housing Act and treat every inquiry the same way. Compass is a licensed real estate broker and abides by Equal Housing Opportunity laws.
