About JUP

From the Editors

Welcome to JUP.

JUP is short for Jupiter. It began in 2021 as our real estate practice. What it became is simply our account of why it's such a special place to call home.

JUP is also a recognition. Jupiter looks the way it does because residents and commissioners, years ago, had the foresight to protect the river and the beaches and to hold the line on height and density. Limiting development is exactly what makes Jupiter special, and it is why homes here are a fixed supply.

Most of the photographs and film here are our own, taken in between beach walks. We hope you enjoy the site. We have certainly enjoyed making it.

Our practice has grown since then and now runs from Palm Beach to Jupiter as Palm Beach Luxury at Compass. JUP is still the part closest to home.

If you are thinking about buying or selling a home in Jupiter, we would be glad to talk. Write to us at hi@jup.co or leave a message with our office, 561.561.2323.
